Τον κίνδυνο απώλειας, κλοπής, καταστροφής ή βλάβης των Προϊόντων φέρει η FOODLINK από τον χρόνο παραλαβής των Προϊόντων από την Αποθήκη της μέχρι την παράδοσή τους στους Πελάτες της Dr.Oetker και υποχρεούται να αποκαταστήσει κάθε σχετική ζημία της Dr.Oetker σε περίπτωση επέλευσης τέτοιου γεγονότος πλην των περιπτώσεων της ανωτέρας βίας.
