Η παραμόρφωση
Παραμόρφωση σημαίνει αλλαγή στη μορφή. Το ενδιαφέρον της σαν έννοια στο συγκεκριμένο project έγκειται στη νέα λειτουργία των παραμορφωμένων αντικειμένων. Θα μπορούσε ωστόσο κάποιος να αναρωτηθεί αν η μετατροπή σε κάτι νέο μέσω αυτής της διαδικασίας αποτελεί έναν εύκολο τρόπο παραγωγής τέχνης. Και ίσως ο μόνος τρόπος να καταρριφθεί η ιδέα αυτή, είναι οι νέες εικόνες να έχουν μια υπόσταση από άποψη τόσο τεχνικής όσο και σκεπτικού.
Στο Illuminated VOL.2 – CIRCLES:
- Το τεχνικό κομμάτι διατηρεί τις αρχές του Illuminated (ισορροπία, συμμετρία, αντίθεση κλπ) θέλοντας όμως να εισάγει τις έννοιες του κύκλου και της παραμόρφωσης και να επιμείνει σε αυτές.
- Ο σκοπός του όμως είναι πιο σύνθετος. Το project ουσιαστικά στοχεύει στο να κάνει το θεατή να αντιληφθεί, (μέσω της παραμόρφωσης) το πως σε μία νέα πραγματικότητα καταστάσεων, τα στοιχεία που εντάσσονται σε αυτή εκλαμβάνονται επίσης διαφορετικά. __ Θέλει ακόμα να θίξει την ιδιαίτερη ευκολία κατασκευής μιας πραγματικότητας μέσα στην οποία σα δημιουργοί θέτουμε τους δικούς μας κανόνες. Και να καταλήξει κάπως έτσι στο εξής ερώτημα: Πόσο εύκολα μπορούμε να χειραγωγήσουμε το θεατή;
