H Γέφυρα Πολύανθου είναι μια γέφυρα οθωμανικής αρχιτεκτονικής (χρονολογείται 17ου-18ου αιώνα) πάνω στο ποταμό Κομψάτο η οποία βρίσκεται ανάμεσα από τον Ίασμο και τον Πολύανθο στο νομό Ροδόπης στην Θράκη. Πρόκειται για ένα γεφύρι με τρία τόξα και έχει κατεύθυνση από δύση προς ανατολή. Χτίστηκε με πλακαρές πέτρες από Ηπειρώτες μάστορες.
