’Τα προς αποθήκευση προϊόντα θα ασφαλίζονται κατά παντός κινδύνου με φροντίδα και ευθύνη της FOODLINK η οποία υποχρεούται να ασφαλίσει μόνον την αστική της ευθύνη έναντι της Dr.Oetker για ζημίες ή απώλειες που ήθελαν προκύψουν κατά την διάρκεια της αποθηκεύσεως, από αντικειμενική υπαιτιότητα του προσωπικού της.
